      Pros

      Working with a very supportive team Lots to learn from an experienced team Work schedule and benefits are extremely flexible. The PTO is great (starts at ~3 weeks!)

      Cons

      It can be difficult to gather firm directions from the company. Lots of rumors / gossip circulate in the facility. The work environment breeds a lot of anxiety.

      Pros

      You can get a job and work. The salary will keep the food on your table. 401k will let you buy supersize meals at McDonald.

      Cons

      Abusive management and no career development. My paycheck pay me for being abused (70%) and being overtime (30%).
