Pros

You'll bond with your co-workers who are experiencing the same challenging company problems year after year. Batteries are important infrastructure and are not going away anytime soon. Lots of DEI clubs and community involvement in Pennsylvania.

Cons

Lots of secrets to keep at Enersys. No one is really transparent or honest with each other. Especially including the executive level. Engineers are encouraged to not reveal designs to other departments for fear that it will be stolen by another group. Departments are always in-fighting with each other, and the executive level is usually in disagreement causing confusion amongst teams. The company doesn't know how to manage its size and doesn't invest in itself. After 7 years I have no idea what a career path is here. Project management pushes projects irresponsibly fast (probably due to executive orders) which cause all kinds of product issues.
