      Pros

      If you are a self motivated person you have the opportunity to work to all Human Resources functions. The pay on time. They give emphasis to health and safety and they give a lot of training to the technicians.

      Cons

      No evaluation system, no salary policies. Employees rising to hierarchy by chance. Salaries do not respond to the market. Less educated employees paid more than educated employees.

      Guarantee Full Time Employment even when no full time work You can accumulate time bank to take more days off later Dental, medicare, 401k benefits Perdiem is the best in the wind industry Nice wind turbines Pay below average

      Cons

      Management overwhelmed with too many projects at once Couldn't have an answer fro management about where I would work after commissioning was over No more projects for Enercon in the country
