Pros

Changing work place. Good CEO who listens. Good pay structure with bonus/ good morale/ great team work. Big van

Cons

Oncall at weekends can be tough if its 1 in 4 but could be 1 in 6.. and if you are called in, it's all overtime x 1.5 and x2 on Sunday. You can really clock up hours in this job if you want to earn serious dosh

Huge pay rises this year, fantastic end of year bonus , I feel really valued. Lots of opportunities for promotion also.
