-Great team spirit; -Possibility of learning and performing engineering functions while supporting and guiding the technical team; -It's just not allowed to take vacations in three specific weeks; -German team always ready to help and excellent at answering more technical questions; -Possibility of working with PLC improving existing machines and developing new ones;
