1. Provide cab facility to employees 2. Introduce flexible benefit plan in salary ( food coupon , internet , car insurance reimbursement) 3. Increase head count in HR team 4. Increase in family insurance

Provides expertise in wind turbines technology Good salaries for entry-mid level positions Pays always on time Excellent work life balance in most positions

Delopment opportunities. In many high positions they get people from the market instead of giving opportunities internally. Bureaucratic invironment Lack of employee evaluation In restructuring phase since 2020, meaning the environment now is still uncertain.
