      People in my Team were nice Some Team Events are fun

      Cons

      Directly lying to employers to keep them quiet. Promise raises which never happen. They act like employers are not intelligent at all. No insight into any company strategy. No home office, zero trust. Their strategy is that people dont quit and life in smaller cities around Germany without any alternative if they dont want to move away.

      Great work culture and flexible working hours, including homeoffice.

      Location was not so great, as Head office is located in Aurich, which is kind of a really small city.
