Good company name but company out of touch with the market; quality products at a high premium are difficult to sell in a changing market where big utilities are taking over (and who are not interested in a low risk, expensive product) and where Europe (Enercon's biggest market) is pushing for public tendering where low-cost products will prevail. Difficult times ahead.
Complete and utter lack of HR management. No professional HR structure existing. No performance reviews. No feedback on your prestations. Salary increase or career advancement random process. Good performers leave, middle and bad performers stay. HR section on Enercon website couldn't be more out of touch with reality.
Salaries are ad hoc (huge differences for people on the same level) and updated either randomly or (more probably) just not. Enercon takes advantage of people willing to work in the green sector, to negotiate low salaries. With the consequence that good performers never even accept the offer or leave very fast as soon as they understand that there is no such thing as increases based on merit.
No internal communication, management is not interested in receiving or giving feedback.
