      - high level of individual responsibility - motivated and professional colleagues - an amazing place for young engineers and professionals to learn and grow - in 5 years you can go from fresh out of university to a seasoned professional - well recognized company across Canada and internationally

      - increasingly bureaucratic environment - minimal opportunity for advancement beyond 5 years or so
