      1. Work Life Balance 2. Renewable Energy having good future 3. Expanding presence in India 4. Enercon India is Strategic place for Germany.

      Cons

      1. Need flexible on WFH post Pandemeic. 2. Need to provide Free cab facility 3. More Projects to be channelised to India 4. S/W Developers are not joining as expected. 5. Provide Tax Savings Plans (Flexible benefit plans )

      Great products, lacking vision

      Pros

      - Interesting & highly technological products in a growing sector - High degree of freedom - Nice colleagues

      Cons

      - Lacking vision: the product line and everything else was, and still is, very focused on the German home market - Non-existent HR policy: random remuneration, career development, ... - One-way traffic between the subsequent hierarchic layers: suggestions are hardly ever being taken into account by the ones capable of changing the systems in place, even if loads of money could be saved by doing so - Major fluctuation
