Good for entry level, but nothing beyond

Pros

-Great pay coming out of college -Work becomes easy when you get experienced, allowing you to be comfortable in the busy season (yes, there are seasons) -Decent opportunity for level increase, but that's because turnover is so high -Opportunity for travel if you want it (travel is usually to boring areas)

Cons

-It is highly stressful to finish your work in the allotted time -Management underbids on projects to earn work -Insanely high turnover -Many people were laid off in early 2024 and the culture has deteriorated since then -The work itself is very boring but at least it's predictable

Pros

There are many great things about working for ENERCON. The best thing is the diversity of work assignments. We are contracting company so we work on different types of jobs based on the needs of the clients. The hybrid in-office / home office policy is good. Paid OT is great. The people I work with are wonderful.

Cons

The work load fluctuates and sometimes there is too much, other times too little. I suppose that would be similar to most consulting jobs.
