The office strives to make a culturally motivated and innovative environment. The people are very welcoming and the office has done an overhaul to become a new looking office in the last couple of years.

Enercon treated me very fairly. As a contractor, with broken service for the same client, the accountants determined that my per-diem was taxable after the calendar anniversary of my employment. I was not in agreement with this determination, but, I was not willing to end my contract over it since it was a conservative decision based upon ensuring the company was not liable. In response to this decision, my supervisor fought for giving me a raise to help offset the financial impact. The supervisor team always treated me fairly and the pay rate was competitive.
