The leadership team does not care about the employees. Only care is about company profit and no care about employees themselves. It is a major boys club. Being a minority of any kind makes you feel like an outsider to the company as a whole. The pay is also lower based on other companies I've worked at.

-not a good company for new graduates. They will learn nothing. The company and management only focus on time sheet and profit. - the culture and way they do work is terrible for people actually doing job. They will just assign you to any work ( related not related) just for timesheet. They will dump large number of files and pdf and limited hours assigned to read understand what you are expected and do the work. - it is a consulting company. So you may get assignments that are 4 hours or 6 hours. And while waiting for review of your work they expect you to be 100% billable. - don’t trust them and move to another location because they can just fire you in 5 minutes. - I was a remote employee and billable almost always but due to vacations and gap between projects effective billable rate was about 75%. One day while I have ticket hotel reservation and rental car to go to field my manager called and said that profit in company is low and upper management have decided to go with a force reduction. And my employment was ended in 5 minutes. - I could not say goodbye to eve my colleagues. - they ended employment and then offered part time where they will give you assignments where you need to spend more hours to do work. - they don’t care about employeeit is only money profit
