Support several different nuclear sites Almost all employees are high quality, responsive, professional, well intentioned Fair compensation packages compared to the industry Team atmosphere and a company growth mindset Opportunities for advancement Ability to work in any region of the US Strong practices with respect to diversity (less 'talking', more 'doing' in this area)

Some internal systems are still a bit archaic and simplistic for a company this big

Engineers are great, management is not

Pros

The people I worked with were great, and the pay is likely above average. Some of our clients were amazing to work with.

Cons

Project managers are pressured to overpromise and underbid, and the engineers and/or product suffer for it. Bonuses are miniscule if you're lucky enough to get one. Timesheets must maintain >98% billable hours at all times and are due in full every day. Recruiter/HR will tell you Enercon pays OT if needed; but in reality most projects we worked on didn't authorize OT, which was sorely needed by some very unfortunate individuals who wound up leaving mid-project.
