      Pros

      Decent starting pay, lots of projects to work on, and the team is fun to work with starting out (many young professionals).

      Cons

      The company is fairly disorganized with resource allocation and the project managers are too swamped to effectively manage budget and schedule. There is a deficit of mid-level engineers because most people start out and move on to something else or come on as a senior consultant with a billing rate that’s too high to maintain on the project’s budget.

      Pros

      Highly skilled technical staff were more than capable with assigned projects. Information between the teams flowed extremely well which resulted in "no dropped balls" during projects.

      Cons

      Project and upper management left a lot to be desired. This was due to direction by "events" rather than past lessons learned. In other words, the schedule was unnecessarily changed daily due to unanticipated events. This always led to over-budgets and blown schedules.
