All the managers are engineers, they don't know how to manage people and they don't know how to manage a business

Pros

Depending on which group and location you go to work for, it does seem that there are groups to fit your desires.

Cons

We are working on obtaining long lasting relationships with southeast power producer (non nuc)customers. Until we do, growth will be risky and difficult. It takes so much more to establish new customers than it does to keep existing customers.
