      Pros

      Don't generally layoff during unapplied times. Generally pays overtime. Great coworkers. Nice office space. Quarterly bonuses based on company performance.

      Cons

      To much finger pointing. Lacks mentoring. Large disconnect between offices, as if you are competing against each other. Terrible work (nuclear industry in general).
