Pros

Majority of the people are awesome. Every other Friday off is nice. 3weeks PTO + AWS+holidays and floating is 49 days off. Hybrid HQ events parties and lunches Brown Bags Game ticket lottery Tuition reimbursement

Cons

Execs are so out of touch. Benefits sucks. PTO and accrual rates are a joke. Bonus are mostly available for managers. If you are not an engineer, they make you feel terrible for not being billable. Salary and raises are terrible. Most people don’t stay past 2 years.

Pros

- Great office & work environment, everyone is amazing to work with. Management cares about their employees and wants to see them grow. You are recognized for your hard work (that is if you are working hard and doing well). The work is fun, get to see a lot of different projects and if you're interested in something they'll help you work on it. Great training available for all projects I have been on with engineers who are able to help and willing to always help!

Cons

None. I have only great things to say about this company!

A Great Place to Work For

Pros

Enercon is a great place to work for. There is a youthful culture here that cultivates to young professionals. Many of the engineers here are trained such that they are able to proficiently and accurately perform the work that are assigned to them within a timely manner. Being a consulting engineering contractor, many clients are either in the nuclear industry or power distribution and utility industry.

Cons

A lot of the job comes with growing pains and learning exactly the client's needs and preferences.
