ENERCON focuses on growing each Engineer into their career. Instead of having your one set of responsibilities, there are continuing opportunities to gain a large set of skills and develop your career based on what you are looking for.

Cons

Due to the nature of the contracting industry, there may be times of jumping around to multiple programs within a given year. While not often, it has its challenges. This style of work is not suited for everyone.
