They will give you multiple projects and treat you like dirt. They will follow your every step. If you don't follow their rules, forget it you will be fired. They do not collaborate on anything. It is their way or the out the diir you go. Toxic culture of fear And intimidation

Pros

Many of the lower level employees are a pleasure to work with. Food trucks and weekly employee appreciation giveaways. Holiday bonuses and benefits could be a little better to competitors but any extra money is helpful.

Cons

Engineering department heads very nepotistic towards employees in hiring and treatment. Managers in engineering and production side don’t seem to understand how to leave outside issues outside of work. Often times employees receive unwarranted aggressions and comments from managers. Can easily tell if a manager is coming in and having a bad day as they will take out on employees

Enercon has it all! From competitive wages and great benefits to all the little things they do to show their appreciation for what we do. Almost always have overtime available & it is really a team environment. Great place to work!
