Pros
I have been with this company for about 6 years and am hoping to be there until I retire. The pay is not the best when you first start but annual reviews make up for that. Many people that work there have been there 20-30 years. The work can be a bit challenging at times but it's fun to learn new things and work with a great group of people. It's not perfect of course but working for a company that's family owned and operated really makes you feel welcome. Enercon is a company that keeps growing and taking on new and exciting projects and will continue to do so for many,many years. We have a great training program and are always looking for new team members.
Cons
sometimes we get a little busy and overtime hours are mandatory, but that can be looked at as a good thing for some people. Overall a great place to work
