High workload, internal politics, out-dated systems

Free parking, access via Stoney Tr or Deerfoot Tr

Cons

Average pay, can typically get better paid at an EPC or Producer, however very high workload and stress levels expected. Does not have the right systems in place, making work even more difficult. Internal politics and nepotism from senior employees who have been at the company too long but have not experienced how other companies do things.

Heavily involved in a high volumes of interesting work. Good place to learn before moving on.

Cons

Long hours. Limited career advancement, Pay is well-below other oil and gas companies. Not clear on that strategy that Management is trying to execute.
