I can mention here only the free coffee, nothing more

Awful contracts, awful management, not a secure place to work. At the very moment, other companies strived to care about their employees more, the management of EGS has taken the opportunity of the COVID-19 situation to decrease the salaries of almost all employees, although at that period the company was not really affected financially. They just wanted to make more money. That is how they treat their employees.

I have been working there more than 2 years. It was really shocking experience. You are always under pressure of cameras. You must be aware that whatever you say may be used against you. They always terror employees by contracts and some jail perspectives . Nobody understands from top management what software developer role is. Guys just don''t go there please.
