Good Healthcare, pay never late

Cons

Few plant operators quick turn shifts, Huge amount of management. you would have 5 managers in the break room on FB while you are running trying to keep the plant operational. Operators have to trouble shoot look up parts order parts request to make repair then make repair then make report about repair. Putting a zip tie on a wire would generate hours of paperwork
