Pros

used to be generous to employees with flexible schedules; culture has changed since several mergers.

Cons

during COVID company laid off some people to improve efficiency, then company decided to overwork the capable people left and pay them less to please the investors. the total compensation is actually lower year over year unless you are senior management. the strategy is to overwork the remaining poor workers and squeeze their pay until they throw in the towel.

Pros

Benefits, peers are great to work with

Cons

Management is horrible. A lot of promotions based on friendships and not the most qualified. Certain departments lack ethics- Husband and wives being allowed to report to the same executive. Management allowed to bully and intimidate their employees without repercussions. HR dept is useless
