Pros

Benefits and Pay at ETP

Cons

The Accounting department has a lot of bureaucracy in it that makes getting your work done very hard to accomplish. This make for a lot of overtime. Management never understood that it was because of their bureaucratic actions that was needed for this job and thought you were lazy and did not know what they are doing.

Pros

It is a job. It does offer basic benefits.

Cons

Long hours, minimal time to reset, bad equipment, absolutely disgusting work morale. Management dictates you must have only 1 day off twice a month, seniority means nothing. Management doesn't value employees, does not promote from within, nepotism is rampant. Work is not always steady. According to Management, there are no factors considered in dispatch or production expectations. Trucks are literally falling apart as they drive down the road.
