Pros

Most of the employees are really nice

Cons

Management did not like to pass off any work. Gatekept so much information from team. No weekly meetings or updates. Management would often cry over being over stressed but wouldn’t want to pass off any assignments to others.

Pros

- Competitive pay and benefits - Genuinely good corporate culture - Casual dress code for all employees (collared shirt and long pants the only requirement for men) - Generally consistent about giving out bonuses and raises each year - Very relaxed environment

Cons

Due to the company being hit hard by COVID, the raises/bonuses we received for 2020 were far below industry standard. But the reasoning was understandable and to their credit, these changes were applied to the entire workforce, including management.
