      Management a little old school with respect to things like 9/80's, etc. Some benefits have been reduced in the last few years.

      Pros

      Somehow even though the company has thousands of employees it is still very inclusive and makes you feel like you are one of the family. There is a very positive atmosphere even in manic times. I 100% recommend working here and feel lucky that I get to be here everyday.

      Cons

      The only con that I can think of is that it can get very busy. But honestly, I think that could also be a pro as well. I personally feel like it is a good thing to be busy. Keeps you engaged in your position.
