Pros

Nothing, zero, nada, goose egg.

Cons

Management continues to disrespect employees, implementing rules and procedures that make work life difficult. Starting in 2021 they are changing are schedules in a way that will pay us less money on our base pay, takes away holiday pay, and removes almost all over time. We are essentially being handed a pay cut. Anytime an issue is brought up, we are shut down and told to stop complaining or if we don't like it then we can quit. Stay away from this company. No one in the liquids control center is happy except for a handful of "yes men" that aren't having their pay cut or having perks of the job taken away.
