Pros

Great culture, company is doing great, flexible with schedule (work, life, and school balance), good pay for location, Fortune 100 company (I believe)

Cons

Since ETP bought Stripes, culture has changed quite a bit, sadly; Retail side of business seems to not take as much priority as it used to

Pros

This company is great to work for. They offer small team sizes, which allows for more personal growth. The work life balance is great. I thoroughly enjoy coming to work. Also, job security is not an issue here. There's plenty of work to do.

Cons

The company has policies that do not get communicated throughout the company. The policies are simply loaded onto the Intranet and employees are somehow expected to know where the policies are and to read them.
