Pros

Future looks bright! Ton of work and opportunity for advancement. Large foot print so travel and relocation is an option. Great safety record.

Cons

We always seem to be behind the curve with resources (people). Dead lines at times can be very tight with a very small budget.

Pros

Employees are well taken care of here. The wages, benefits, and work/life balance are all very good here. There is a good culture of helping one another, and working together.

Cons

Some areas seem understaffed which can be frustrating at times. The organization is not without fat in other areas. Typical big company problems.
