Pros

Good salary and good location if you live in SW Houston. Theres also a decent benefit structure if you are liked by management.

Cons

The Director ROW hires friends and family only (when she can). No value to long term employment.

Pros

Very laid back. No management breathing down your neck. Home daily. The job itself is very simple just stressful.

Cons

Don't get paid enough. Disconnect between management and employees. Mechanics are not that great

Pros

Great opportunities with employees of diverse backgrounds and cultures from various parts of the world along with flexibility of working from home in special cases.

Cons

There is intense work-load with insufficient compensation along with usual company politics of corporate world. The projects are badly managed.
