Pros

Great company, great bonuses, great benefits. Great leadership.

Cons

No WFH, Company constantly doing acquisition but hiring level to keep up with workload that come with new acquisition is low. It has a Republican/MAGA aura about it.

Limited WFH options. 10 days a year does not offer much flexibility. Typically no stock options until director level.
