Too big

Pros

Pay is good and at my location I have a good work - life balance.

Cons

The health insurance is not that great, to many hurdles to jump to get meds or certain procedures done. The company is too big which adds to all the red tape to get jobs done. They have implemented so much paper work to simple jobs.

Pros

It's a solid job and the pay is good. Schedules are stable. We were permitted to work from home during pandemic and hybrid for a time after. Really liked these aspects. The job itself was really good in my opinion, hated to leave.

Cons

Doesn't have a lot of room for moving up in your career. Managers have favorites. Mandatory return to office 5 days per week. Feels like you're in a vacuum sometimes.
