Pros

Future looks bright! Ton of work and opportunity for advancement. Large foot print so travel and relocation is an option. Great safety record.

Cons

We always seem to be behind the curve with resources (people). Dead lines at times can be very tight with a very small budget.

Awesome People to work with Travel Options since they have assets in almost half the US Options to move around in the company and find your niche

Cons

May work long hours May merge with other companies, changing benefits and so forth You could become a workaholic

Pros

Excellent Benefits, 401k, health, dental and vision. Vacation, sick time available. Also they give you up to three days of bereavement, jury duty. 10 paid holidays and they will let you go early the day prior the holiday.

Cons

A lot of bureaucracy to get something done. Need more clear process to do things.
