Our clarification of four days (Monday through Thursday) in office with optional work-from-home Fridays and a business casual office dress policy follow industry norms and support the culture and values we believe is critical to our success. In fact, the move to our new downtown Milwaukee headquarters has been overwhelmingly positively received by all our employees who enjoy the new space, the collaborative environment, and the many complimentary amenities (free espresso/cappuccino, free flavored & sparkling waters, free fitness center, free parking). We remain focused on building a workplace that supports both individual development and organizational success. In fact, we have made and will continue to make significant investments in new and updated systems and processes to make it easier for employees to do their jobs and utilize technology.
