Pros

1 WFH day each week, used to be more 401k and health care is slightly above average

Cons

Zero Trust that you can do your role Zero Respect for hard work put in Micromanagement is rampant Revolving door of people, poor performers stay and the valuable people leave Increased dress code requirement in 2025, who does that? More important to renovate a new office space downtown, and pay to put your name on said building, rather than appropriately compensating employees Focused on adding new responsibilities and tasks rather than fixing the problems that exist within the existing processes. Everything I was told they were doing when I interviewed, systems and process improvements and career development, never materialized.

Thank you for sharing your opinion. As an organization of more than 2,100 employees across the globe, we recognize that experiences may vary by role and team. While we believe that this characterization does not accurately reflect our organization, we take all feedback related to management practices, process effectiveness, and career development seriously and review these areas regularly through structured employee feedback, engagement surveys, and development initiatives. Decisions related to workplace policies, office investments, and evolving expectations are made with long-term growth, collaboration, and sustainability in mind, and we continually assess how these decisions impact the overall employee experience. Our clarification of four days (Monday through Thursday) in office with optional work-from-home Fridays and a business casual office dress policy follow industry norms and support the culture and values we believe is critical to our success. In fact, the move to our new downtown Milwaukee headquarters has been overwhelmingly positively received by all our employees who enjoy the new space, the collaborative environment, and the many complimentary amenities (free espresso/cappuccino, free flavored & sparkling waters, free fitness center, free parking). We remain focused on building a workplace that supports both individual development and organizational success. In fact, we have made and will continue to make significant investments in new and updated systems and processes to make it easier for employees to do their jobs and utilize technology. And we encourage an environment of trust and respect for everyone, in part by setting clear goals for employees and empowering them to do their work, living our values every day. We wish you the best in your future endeavors.

Pros

Some Coworkers were really nice Some interesting projects Average Salary/Benefits Free Gym/Coffee

Cons

Company moved to Downtown office and offered no accommodation for the people affected by the longer commute. Management seems to have micromanaging problem causing culture of distrust, burnout and make employee feel undervalued.
