Pros

you are surrounded by great people that treat you like family. Kept us on board and busy during the O&G downturn. Take our opinions into consideration and try to place you somewhere within the company that fits your skillset.

Cons

Not much from my experience. I came in at an entry level role and they built me up in just a matter of a few years. Salary negotiations can be a bit tough but if you make your case then they usually will honor.

They really care about you personally! Company happy hours, and nice office. Quarterly bonuses at well

Cons

You can get pigeon holed easily and lower pay compared to other competitors
