Pros

Most of the coworkers are very nice, friendly, and hard-working.

Cons

Expect >60 hours a week. Never enough resources to feed into a cut in half scheduled project, so you have to work overtime, and no matter how over time you did, still nothing can be finished by the unrealistic due date. And still, the bosses think they've paid you too much and it's a mercy, so you should appreciate and be satisfied.

The salaries are above what one might expect

The office culture is insular with little interaction; the management is secretive and does not share information necessary to do one's job, yet they require constant status updates which may be frequently ignored. The number of employees who leave within one to two years is excessive. Some employees are required to fulfill duties of positions for which they were not hired and have no expertise.
