Pros

You are exposed to many technologies and their practices. Company owners are passionate about using innovative approaches in various consulting projects. If you worked on the right projects, the skills and experience you obtained will benefit your career life for a very long time. No need to move up to a manager or director - What you learnt in projects will be good enough, and will probably be the corner stones for your whole career.

Cons

As others stated, very long work hours. Occasionally over-night. Crazy project timelines, the worst in my career life. No work life balance. Make sure you are young and can work nights and weekends before you join this company.

Easy enterprise framework to use, you can get hands on real quick. It's a good place to learn industrial work if you are entry-level.

Cons

Unreasonable project schedule. Bad communication between BA and SA. Bosses fight for resources and sometimes confuse employees for their decision.
