- Having trouble keeping up with expanding customer demand - lots of work - Lots of policies, standard practice, support not in place yet as team builds out and scales up

While applying to jobs, Engage3 seemed like the best company/startup in the Sacramento/Davis area, and for obvious reasons. When I started about a month ago, the team and company did not disappoint. I love coming to work everyday and learning something new! We have a great team environment - everyone helps one another. Engage3 has a very welcoming company culture, which is why culture fit was a huge factor during the interview process. I have very interesting projects that I work on, which I love. The coolest part about working for Engage3 is that you get to really know our CEO, Ken, who goes out of his way to welcome new employees and get to know them.

Cons

Heavy workload, life/work balance can get hectic. But the outcome is totally worth it.
