Do not trust them

Pros

The employees give the company a good energy. They include immigrants in the workplace and culture but don't always give the roles promised to them.

Cons

A lot of empty promises. They will tell you they have an opportunity for you, wave the carrot in front of the rabbit's face, drag it out another year, and then eliminate positions while telling you they are growing. They also have employees fill roles that are not part of their job.

Pros

Work life balance is wonderful. Always able to speak with someone on the leadership team when needed. The abilty, support, and encouragement to work with a very diverse associate pool.

Cons

I have no complaints working here

Pros

They have a Keurig and the office is dog-friendly.

Cons

Too many to count. At the base, they have no understanding of marketing. It's a family-owned company made up of nepotism and the expectation to sacrifice your personal time to do their bidding—even small tasks that could easily wait until the morning. When something doesn't work, it's the fault of everyone not in management, but never management's fault for offering zero support for employees (had to pitch my own weekly 1:1s with my manager after being publicly berated multiple times during team meetings). No work-life balance, no respect for employees (shouting, swearing, condescension), and slurs (particularly against those with disabilities) are used in team meetings. Not a pyramid scheme, but taking false promises into account, kind of comes off as one. You will not learn anything during your time here, there is virtually no training, and you will be expected to take on IT for programs you are not familiar with. Have heard upper management call employees "stupid" and "idiots" while refusing to train them on what they are perceived to be doing wrong because "they should already know this." Very miserable place to work, getting fired from this company was the best thing that happened to me in all my time there. They cited "job performance" even though HR told me two hours prior that there had been zero complaints about my job performance.
