Chaotic place to work but good appetite for risk

Pros

Management understand importance of taking market risk, happy to give out fairly big VaR and almost zero micromanagement in terms of how to deploy it. Good internal movement possibilities.

Cons

Back office is disgruntled and underpaid, systems don't work well. Communication is bad.
