Pros

A growth-oriented company with good cash flow. My teammates are friendly. Flexible working as they are promoting remote jobs as much as possible.

Cons

Salaries are not at par with the rising inflation. Missing team building activities. Not very well structured processes considering being a public company.

benefits are virtually non-existent; no 401K match, high health insurance premiums, no bonuses
