Opportunity to gain insight of a small piece of the pie within the wastewater treatment facilities
Cons
There is literally no management, all key staff with the longest years of knowledge left at the same time, and the owner decided it was not needed to have proper structured management. No 'actual' upward growth opportunities. Owner talks gossip to employees about other employees.
