      Pros

      Great pay and benefits, and great people who are always willing to help. The company cares about employees developing. The company is primarily a government contractor, but does work in a variety of fields - engineering, IT, cyber security, business services - so there are many different career options. My position required travel, and I enjoyed it; however, I realize it is not for everyone.

      Cons

      Any time you work for a company that primarily does government contracting, you are subject to the ups and downs of government funding. If the government stops funding a project, there is always potential for layoffs.
