      It's a call center job. Luke-warm leads at best.

      Pros

      Team environment. Opportunity for higher pay.

      Cons

      Lots of unnecessary requirements such as: making 100 calls a day (they focus on quantity, rather than quality), team building exercises which seemed pointless, etc.

      Pros

      England Logistics is a good company that could be an awesome company. The hours and pay are competitive. They also have some fun activities for families.

      Cons

      Upper Management is not very willing to adapt to change and competition in the market place. If you are in sales, plan to grind it out and top out once you reach SAM.
