Pros

England Logistics has the best corporate culture of any company I have been around. The company is very helpful in giving you the best chance to succeed while fostering personal growth. Great people work there and great management team.

Cons

Promotions may be hard to come by with little opportunity. Sometimes very stressful and busy work environment that is under staffed at times.

Cons

Cons is a word I would use! Where do I start?! Spook many cons. Family company= president Jason Beardass, brother is vice president, other brother is the head of the night program, there friends are in top positions at England and there family are working for England in management positions.

We do have a lot of family relationships here at England Logistics in all areas and at all levels of the company representing many families. We also have a lot of friends who refer their friends and former colleagues here. All are held to a high standard of accountability. As I have discovered in my life, there are two paths a leader can take when they have a family member on their team; 1) they can favor them and make it easy for them or 2) they can push them harder than anyone else. In my time at EL I have discovered that Jason Beardall and others with family or friends working here error on the side of behavior #2. Because of this the family and friend relationships are a strength for us. But one we closely watch to keep positive and not a take away. Thank you for your feedback.

Friendly staff. A decent place to work in a small town. Management is easy to work with and communicate with.

Cons

Very High paced work flow. A very high stress environment, sometimes so busy you cant even take a break.
