Pros

- Fun atmosphere - Goals are clearly defined and attainable - You are compensated well for your work - Your supervisors are called Lead Coaches and their job is solely to help you be successful - They have several levels of achievement that allow you to move up in the company in salary and position - Your success is in your own hands, how hard you work will directly affect your paycheck - I have recommended this job to several friends who have also worked with me and enjoy it as well.

Cons

- The main con I would say would be that there is a steep learning curve and it is not for everyone, this job requires individuals to be internally motivated - Your success is in your own hands, how hard you work will directly affect your paycheck (double edged sword, this can help or hurt some people)

Pros

Great Management. Good Perks/Events. Fast-paced corporate environment. Great culture/co-workers. Dodge-ball tournaments, barbecues, and Jazz/RSL tickets are always a welcome surprise.

Cons

High-pressure environment and result-oriented culture. This really isn't the place for lazy individuals...

Dysfunctional Company, Unethical Senior Management

Pros

Great frontline employees working very hard to feed their families

Cons

England is teeming with insecure leaders who manage through fear. EL's president is the model for this, as are his VPs who work to save their jobs instead of doing what is best for the company. None tolerate dissent and the president reaches down to the lowest levels of the company simply to try to prove his leaders wrong; this game of 'gotcha' is unproductive, a waste of time, and will ultimately ruin the company. England has a habit of hiring good leaders, ignoring their ideas, then firing them. The president hires equally incompetent direct reports (VPs) who add no value to the company and will throw hard working people under the bus to look good for their boss. ("Yes' men do well.) I wake up every morning wondering what show these clowns are going to put on. I cannot wait to leave.
