Pros

The people I worked with on a daily basis, but expect to see high turnover. Work hours are 7-4, it's nice getting done by 4. The best part to any day is when work is finished up.

Cons

It's all been said before, just check the previous reviews. There's an archaic workplace mentality of bosses ruling their underlings. Don't expect your voice to be heard or any chance at positive change received and implemented.

Pros

Your co-workers will be amazing. The Account Managers at England Logistics are some of the hardest working most ingenious people you will meet. Potential for decent incentive pay in some departments (Factoring, FTL) England Logistics will hire just about anyone with a college degree. If you're looking for a place to start your career and you can tough it out for a few years while showing results it's not a bad choice. After that you'll already be ready to move on.

Cons

No non-monetary recognition, your "voice" will never be heard, all of the benefits are terrible. They never let off the gas pedal. When you look at the faces of England employees you'll notice that they are tired and disgruntled. The company has a higher than normal turnover rate among Account Managers (sales). Every support department is understaffed and overworked. Although the company grew remarkable over the time I was there they also cut commissions in most departments.

Coworkers, I am still in contact with quite a few great people.

Cons

Unless you can get in the back pocket of the president you don't stand a chance at advancing. You may close a deal and feel like you are in good graces but your time there will eventually run its course, it always does even if you found a way into said "back pocket." This is not a company to go to if you want a career. They will drain the life out of you.
