      Pros

      Current management is great at taking credit for anything great you are solely responsible for.

      Cons

      Overworked employees who are underpaid and very under appreciated. When management was told about the issue, the response was "Make them bleed"

      Pros

      It's a job in a depressed economy. The benefits aren't bad if you can make it past 90 days.

      Cons

      Turnover is incrediably high! They fire Account Managers and Salesman once a month on Friday's. Job security is non-existent.
